Helping young people find their voice
Passionate Singers & Musicians Inc. is a nonprofit youth enrichment program offering free music education, performing arts, mentorship, and creative development in a safe, positive, and inspiring environment.

Our Young Artists
Every rehearsal, every stage, every smile — this is what our students build together.

Our Mission
To empower youth ages 8–18 through free music, performing arts, and creative education. We provide opportunities for young people to explore singing, instruments, dance, theater, and the arts while developing confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Through mentorship, community partnerships, and performance experiences, we help youth find their voice, strengthen their abilities, and become positive contributors to their families and communities.

The Student Growth Journey
🌱 Sprout → 🌊 Stream → 👑 Leader. Every stage represents personal growth, musical development, and character.
Sprout Stage
Ages 8–10
A sprout represents the beginning of growth. Like a young plant emerging from the earth, students begin their musical journey by discovering their talents, building confidence, and learning that every voice matters. During this stage, students develop the foundational skills of music while learning respect, teamwork, discipline, and self-expression in a supportive environment.
Stream Stage
Ages 11–13
As students continue growing, they become like a flowing stream—moving with purpose, developing their gifts, and learning to work together while finding their own unique voice. A stream represents growth, movement, resilience, and connection. Just as water continues to flow forward, students strengthen their musical abilities, gain confidence, and learn the importance of collaboration and perseverance.
Leaders Stage
Ages 14–18
Leaders represent the stage where students use their gifts, confidence, and experiences to inspire others. They learn to serve, mentor younger students, and lead by example while making a positive impact in their school, family, and community. Leadership at Passionate Singers & Musicians is not about being the loudest voice—it's about showing integrity, humility, compassion, responsibility, and excellence.
Why Investing in Our Children Matters
The arts provide more than entertainment — they provide a pathway for growth, healing, connection, and success. By supporting this program, sponsors and community partners help:
- Build confidence and self-esteem in youth
- Provide safe and positive activities
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, and responsibility
- Develop leadership and communication skills
- Introduce career opportunities in music, theater, dance, and the arts
- Strengthen families and community connections
- Give children the opportunity to dream bigger
Once a Sprout, Always Family
Students who complete the Leaders Stage at 18 don't have to say goodbye. Graduates are invited back as Alumni Mentors — coaching younger singers and musicians, helping at rehearsals, and showing our Sprouts exactly what growth looks like.
Community volunteers are welcome too — coaches, stage crew, drivers, photographers, and helping hands of every kind.
- Mentor a Sprout or Stream student one-on-one
- Assist instructors at rehearsals and performances
- Build real leadership, teaching, and stage-production experience
- Earn service hours and letters of recommendation for college and jobs
- Stay part of the family that helped you find your voice
